Monte da Palhagueira Nursing Home
Designed over two floors and benefiting from lift access to the galleried first floor, with its skylight providing a light and airy ambience, this unique facility was officially opened by Sir Cliff Richard.
Each of the 20 rooms has its own individual character and many have patios or balconies from which residents can enjoy the village gardens and views of the surrounding countryside. Facilities also include a resident’s dining room, a physiotherapy unit, a hairdressing service and a secluded swimming pool with ample seating and viewing areas.
The Nursing Home is open to both residents and non-residents of Monte da Palhagueira Village and also offers respite and day care services.
